The solutions we offer to our customers include looking at scenarios where financial and other plans have failed. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. We have therefore negotiated with port operators to automatically qualify our customers 15 extra days free of demurrage. This saves our customers thousands of shillings since the standard port allowable days are 4. This includes both motor vehicle and containerized cargo.
Upon arrival at the port of Mombasa, the port operator takes safe custody of the vehicle and delivers it to the Customs clearance shed. When we have concluded the Customs clearance, we arrange for delivery of the motor vehicles or container to our customers’ preffered location. Whenever the cargo requires further or specialized storage before delivery, we arrange for an affordable safe warehousing and storage of the goods until the customer is ready to receive them.
